  hi..i applied for refund on 3rd may..its more than 16 days..i havne’t got refund in my bank account yet :-(

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I have checked your account and can confirm that the refund was processed as a reversal.

  This means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with your bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Thank you so much for your reply. But even after 17 days I haven’t got the anount in my bank and It wasn’t reversed. Is it possible to share some detail or send it in private message so I can contact my bank. Because when I called them day before yesterday they said they haven’t got money back.
