Haven’t got the refund till now!

  I haven’t got the refund of my INR 518.50 on which I had got the confirmation from wordpress. I know that it takes 7-12 business days to get refunded, but still is it usual or its happening with me only that till now I haven’t got anything.

  Hi there:

  I’ve sent out an email to the email address on file with your WordPress.com user account with the subject line [WordPress.com] Regarding your refund. with more information you can take to your bank in order for them to locate the refund in their system.

  Since the refund is no longer in our system, there’s not much else we can do here.

  Additionally, you only requested the refund two days ago, so it’s very likely your bank will take the 7-10 days to process and post that refund.
