Haven’t receive my refund after I cancel my personal plan

    I canceled my personal plan on 13/4/2023, I received an email saying the refund has been processed, but until today I didn’t receive any refund. Then I check my bank transaction history, and it said the transaction is fail.

    What should I do now? Can I cancel the refund and get back to the personal plan?

    The refund has been processed on our end. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, as this is the usual time it takes.

    If, after 10 days, you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to your bank or card issuer. Be sure to provide them with the transaction ID from your refund receipt as a reference. They should be able to assist you further.
