haven't received a comfirmation link at new email address, what is my next step

  for ubcva.wordpress.com I changed the email address under personal settings…have waited 5 hours, have not received the confirmation link at (email visible only to moderators and staff) – … verified email entered in WordPress, verified that new email does receive mail….Help, please.
  “Once you’ve entered a new email address and saved the change, you’ll receive two emails: one email will go to the original email address on the account as a notification of the request and the other will go to the new email address with a confirmation link. You will need to click the confirmation link to complete the process to change the email address.”
