  Hi there,

  Have you checked the spelling of your email address if it is written correctly. Also checked your spam folder and It would be worth checking the “Promotions” tab if you use a Gmail account.

  Hi there,

  Have you checked your spam folder as suggested above? Gmail also tends to filter our emails to the Social or Updates tabs, rather than Promotions as suggested above.
