Haven’t received refund

Hi there! I canceled my automatic renewal the day after the funds had been withdrawn. Since I canceled in the 30 day window I was told I would be refunded the domain cost and the blog cost however I haven’t received the refund and this occurred on 2/2/2020. Thanks so much for your help!

We processed your refund on 2 February. You can see receipts for both the plan and domain refunds, with transaction IDs from our payments processor, on the billing history page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Once the refund is processed on our end, we don’t have control over what happens from there, though. From there it’s up to your bank how long they take to process it on their end, and how they indicate it on your statement. This usually takes around ten business days, but can sometimes take longer.
If you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank directly, and provide them with the transaction IDs from those receipts. Then they can use that to check for those refunds in their system.
