  Hi, I cancelled and asked for a refund for my domain and subscription last week, but I haven’t received it, could you give me an update as to when I will be receiving it in my bank account please?

  Refunds typically take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account. However, I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
