Haven't received refund yet

Good morning! I’ve cancelled my plan on the same day that I bought it, and I requested a refund, this was on the 19th of April. It’s been some time now and I’m still not seeing anything on by bank.

I just sent you an email to the email address on file for your account with the transactional data you can use to contact your bank to find the status of that refund.
Since your bank successfully received the refund, the data we sent in that email will help them locate it on their end.
