  I’m concerned to know why I haven’t received the refund after canceling the plan

  A refun usually takes about 10 business days. However banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time; sometimes up to a month or more.

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed today 2022-05-23. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
