Haven’t received the refund

    I have received an email about refund issuance on 21st of March. However, I still haven’t received the refund.

    I’ve emailed back to the support team and no one replied. Why there’s no option shown here to contact or chat with the support? What kind of a service is this? I’m glad I cancelled my subscription

    We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
