Haven’t received the refund of Rs.2400.

    Dear WordPress Support team,
    It has been 10 days since I had cancelled my subscription and have not received the refund yet. I would be grateful if this could be taken care of.

    Hi there,

    We processed the refund back to you on 4/6 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, depending on the country and the specific bank you use, it could take longer. Your bank should be able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.
