Haven't recieved a refund. Please help!

  Hello every fella on WP forum.
  It was about 2 months ago when I created a blog and bought a 15€ domain using my PayPal account. I regret it the same night and requested for a refund, I realised that I didn’t need a .com domain.

  They sent me an confirmation email the same day, which I confirmed.
  The refund was pending in a couple of weeks, and still no refund on my PP account… I was wondering what’s going on. I assumed that the money would come eventually but yet, 2 months after, they haven’t came in to my account.
  I got the billing history of the order, the Order Summary, everything, the confirmation email.

  The domain was: gettingthatserial.com
  No idea why i covered it in the images. Im still confused why the money isn’t on my PP account.
