haven’t recieved confirmation email

    I had a site which I cancelled under an email then got a free site which will be upgraded but the new different email account hasn’t ever recieved the confirmation email I need to start and when I change it to my original email it says this email already exists!

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there, email addresses are account specific, so if you try to use the old email address from a different account, it won’t work.

    Did you look in your new account’s email spam folder to see if the activation email didn’t land there?

    I’m also going to flag your thread for Staff assistance as I no longer can find where one would go to resend the activation email if needed. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.
