haven't recieved my domain transfer code

I’m waiting for my domain transfer code. In the meantime should I re-enable domain locking and private registration? Will that mess something up?

Is there any reason my transfer code email isn’t coming? Is there a different way to get the code?

No, don’t re-enable locking and private registration, that will interfere with the transfer process.

How long ago did you request the code email, and did you check your email’s spam folder?

I’m having the same problem as well. I’m not receiving and transfer code in my email. My domain is a-rushh.com. Please help me ASAP

Every time I change it and click save, when I go back to the page, the old e-mail address is still displayed. Can you go in a change it for me so it will stick?

I believe that I’m not receiving the code because the wrong email address is on my Contact Domain page. But it does not save the new email when I edit it.

You will receive a confirmation email at the new address, which must be clicked before it is saved, and that might be going to spam.

If that doesn’t work for you, please open your own support request via either http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ or https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/support#postform
