Haven’t recieved my refund and would like some clarification

  Hi!
  I just wanted to know if you’d be so kind to tell me, if not an exact date or any specific info, just when will my refund be present in my account (and also if it will be on my stripe account or on my bank account).

  I made the refund on Sep 27 (today’s morning, before 5a.m. in my timezone.

  Hi there!

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
  The refunds are processed to the same method that was used to make the purchase.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
