haven’t started yet and already frustrated!

    I do not want a forum, I want a support person from wordpress for a converstation, either by phone or by online chat. There is simply too much information to figure out where to begin… I am not supposed to put contact information here so already I am stymied. How do I actually reach a human and not a forum board? I have of course not yet paid a subscription… why would I? I haven’t even been able to ask my starting questions to know if this is right for me.

    We do not provide phone support, but we provide live chat support on all our paid plans.

    Your site is on a free plan, so the support forums is the only option that is available, but I assure you all of us answering questions here, both staff and volunteers, are real human beings and we’re happy to try and help you if you tell us what your questions are.
