  Hi there,
  Title of your thread is “having a domain” so if I understood correctly, you have a domain which you want to use on Free plan?
  Free plan doesn’t include a custom domain, only a yoursitename.wordpress.com is available with Free plan. To use a custom domain, please upgrade to Personal or any of available plans (please, see here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ ).
