  I am trying to add a plugin to my website, and my administrator tab isnt showing

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  I am having the same problem, and I have paid for hosting on WP.

  Timethief, can you tell me what you mean by “and set up your own WordPress.org install.” I’m trying to install a plugin named “ie-css3-support” for the spun theme as Explorer doesn’t seem to be working well with my site.

  Can you comment? Thanks.
