Having a Parent Catagory with specific child catagories

  Hey everyone,

  I am pretty new to the blogging scene and trying to start my first blog :D

  I wan to create parent catagories and then have child catagories that are more specific. See example below.

  Board Games
  Candy Land
  Monopoly

  Where to buy Board Games
  Toys R US
  Target

  So what I am looking to do is to be able to catagoriz my posts about Candy Land and put them under the Candy Land child catagory while also only showing up under the Board Games parent catagory.

  Any help is appresiated.

  Here is my blog for example

  I want the PC Games parent (which I used the Catagories widget to put on there) to list only certain posts with certain catagories on them.

  Same with the other catagories.

  Hi. To my knowledge, a post in a given child category will appear both under the parent and child category.
