Having a problem disabling 2 step verification

  I am having problems with 2 step verification. Cannot find the security tap under settings. Would like to disable it for now.

  I have found the settings, but now I am stuck in a loop. when I try to disable the 2 step verification, it just keeps making me add it again.
  I am unable to access my wordpress on my phone with the 2 step for the same reason.

  If that doesn’t work for you, could you please describe the exact steps you are taking and what you see on the screen when you get stuck? That will help me sort this out for you.

  Thanks, Gayle. It seems to be disabled now. It didn’t stop going in the loop of asking me to enter codes, but I got an email from WordPress saying I had disabled it and I can access my site from my phone.

  I use 2 step verification on my gmail account, but yours involves too many steps!
