  How do install a nice WordPress theme to my WordPress blog?

  I’m afraid that we don’t allow the uploading of themes here at WordPress.com. If you are CSS-savvy, you may look into purchasing the Custom CSS Upgrade to customize one of the themes we do offer. We are also always open to suggestions for new themes that you think we should include :)

  If you really require the ability to upload themes, give WordPress.org a try. Suitable hosts – if you are interested – can be found here – http://www.wordpress.org/hosting
