Having author info displayed after article

  I saw on this blog http://whackywhizkid.wordpress.com/2012/02/23/out-on-a-midnight-stroll/ that there is a author profile after the article. How to activate that? Or is it particular to that theme?

  That is particular to certain themes and multi-author blogs only.
