  Hi there,

  I would like to back-up my wordpress site, digitalbeardesign.co.uk but it is failing to download a file. Please let me know if you can help.

  We are unable to help with digitalbeardesign.co.uk because this site is not with WordPress.com.

  For a back up you would need to reach out to the hosting provider.

  I’d recommend this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ for downloading a copy of the website.
