Having difficulty with pages and menus

I am completely new to “blogs” and trying to learn as I go. I am creating ablog for my company with is a Nissan car dealership. Before I go live, I am trying to get the theme/ layout choice right, content added, and navigation tools right.
The blog will be a link on my main site, however when you go to morrisnissannews.com I want it to open right into the blog. With that being said, I would also like other pages tabs. I have created the pages that I want and now I am unsure what do with them.
As you can see I have the home, About us, New Cars, and Used Cars. My thought was, one you clicked on the new car page, it would direct you (via URL link) to my new car inventory. Can this be done as all I see is a space to add content. I see when creating a menu I can add a link. Can anyone help clarify the difference in the two and help direct me?
