When I go to “purchases” to cancel my premium service all it gives me is an option to “upgrade” and there is no billing history or payment history regarding my most recent billing. I have tried to cancel and delete the website on multiple occasions and it won’t let me and I am still being automatically billed despite having removed the auto-pay function and all billing info!!

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade for it?
