  I would like to upload to my site, but having issues with password and uploading to theme. I keep receiving error messages

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ to sites hosted by wordpress.COM.

  What exactly are you trying to upload?
  What is the file type?

  What is the error message that you receive?
