Having issues replacing a banner

  I just moved a website from one.com to bluehost. We are rebranding our club and I am having issues uploaded the new banner. I can see the new banner in my media library. I click to add image. I select the image. Then when I click select and crop it goes to a white screen. The new image is not uploaded.

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Bluehost), you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
