Having Issues Transfering My Domain

  Hello I purchased pneumad.com from your site and can’t access it with another platform. It’s saying I have to replace the following:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  To:
  ns14.wixdns.net
  ns15.wixdns.net

  Can you please help me with this?

  Hi there,

  You need to point your name servers to your new host in order to access it.

  Just adding to what staff-arya has already mentioned, make sure you are logged in with the username account that purchased the domain if it’s not this one. Then you should see and can change the DNS settings in your site’s Domains dashboard.

  Keep in mind that it may take up to 72 hours for that change to work its way through the WWW.
