Having issues trying to transfer a domain name

    Hello,

    I am trying to transfer a domain name to another person who is using a different registrar. I have gone through and unlocked the domain, and sent them the authorization code. However, they say that the name still shows up as being locked on my end. Now, when I look at my list of domains, the one in question does not even have an option to lock or unlock it anymore.

    Can you help me get this domain transferred? The domain I am having an issue with is fridayjackson.com.
