Having Issues with Branding and Site Identity

I am using the twenty-seventeen theme on WP. We are using LearnDash to provide online courses, and WooCommerce for our registration and account page process. I am currently having three issues:
1. the email my registrants receive to complete the registration and login process takes almost an hour to deliver even though the registration hits my site immediately (I can see it but the email is delayed)…how do I make the email push faster?
2. The registration email my subscribers receive comes from Word Press rather than from us. It has our site name in the subject line, but the ‘from’ field is Word Press. How do I make the ‘from’ field in THEIR email show my email address or business name instead?
3. When they click the link to complete registration and set up a password, the page displays WordPress’s logo and site information rather than my logo and site information.
I feel like all three of these problems will cause a lot of confusion and frustration among our subscribers.
Also, I have already updated my site identity in customize to include my logo. It didn’t work. I’m extremely frustrated at this point as it seems like this should be something easy enough to fix, but I’ve spent hours on this and can’t figure it out. It’s the last step before I can launch my website.

I’m afraid that your site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostGator, not on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
