Having issues with my install

  i did a clean install of wordpress to a empty directory on my server using a subdomain.

  subdomain.website.com/ -WP files-

  after install i decided to use buddy press to start up a social type site.. so i installed buddypress using the wordpress install feature via FTP

  after install i activated the theme and got this message.

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1376 ( i removed website address as its a private site until release.

  if anybody knows how to fix this situation i could really use the help i have tried reallocating the memory in php.ini and the other hotfix via wp-config to 64m still doesnt work this is my second install of wordpress and buddypress id really like to use buddy press on my site. thanks

  Sorry, that site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
