Having issues with my new blog post

Hello! Hope I’m posting on here correctly.
I started my blog a couple weeks back and it’s been fine until now.
I put up a new post around three hours ago and it’s not showing up when I search for it on WordPress (eg, searching blogging, mini review etc). On top of that I follow myself and on the reader it shows me having last posted a day ago even though I posted only three hours ago, and I can only see yesterday’s post on the reader feed and not today’s.
I don’t have too many tags and my tags are all relevant to my post, and other people’s updates are showing up so I’m not sure what’s wrong.
I’ve read though lots of help pages/replies on here and only thing I can think of is my post was flagged as spam, which I can’t find a way to fix myself.

Hm, I definitely see your post in the Reader: https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/127093001
Please note that the Reader does not operate in real-time. It can take some time for your post to appear and be indexed, usually less than an hour.

My newest post does show up on my blog itself, but the issue is it’s not showing up on my reader feed anywhere and instead shows I last posted a day ago rather than three hours ago, so my followers won’t know I’ve made a new post. I’m also not showing up when I search for my new post on WordPress so people that don’t follow me won’t see my newest post either.
I’ve checked in multiple devices and they all show the same thing.
I understand it can take a while for things to show up but I’ve not had it take three plus hours for a new post to become visable.
When I click that link you posted I see my newest post, but yet going back to my reader page it still shows my last post was yesterday.
I hope that makes sense.

That’s great I show up on one of the search words, but I’m now showing on my who I follow sites reader as last updating my blog two days ago and not 12 hours ago, and it’s still not showing on the who I follow reader feed :(
guess I just have to hope next time I post something it’ll fix this issue.

I can confirm your most recent post doesn’t appear to be showing up at https://wordpress.com/read
I’ve seen a couple cases of this happening recently, and in both cases the posts appeared in the Reader feed on their own after a while, so I suspect it might be some caching issue on our end at play.
Can you give this a couple of days and let us know if the post still doesn’t show up, or else if the same thing happens with the next post you publish?

Quick update!
I waited a couple days and my beer review never showed up on my reader feed.
I decided to try posting something new this morning to see if that would show and thankfully it has!
I went back through my reader to see if posting something new would make my previous post show up, but it hasn’t.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to make my previous post appear but at least newer ones seem to be visible :)

Thank you for the update! I rechecked your feed and realized that the post that wasn’t showing was registered with a different date – March 11 instead of 18. I’ve changed that, so please let me know if it shows up in the Reader as expected now.
I wonder why the date was wrong in the feed. Have you re-published this post at some point, or was it maybe a scheduled one?

I wrote the post on the 11th but it was just in my drafts, and didn’t publish it until the 18th.
Just checked my reader and it’s showing up now, thanks!
