Having issues with theme layouts

  Alright, I was until recently using the Blix theme for my blog. A few months ago I noticed that the second column moved to the bottom of the page. I checked this in three different browsers (safari, ie, and firefox)this morning I decided to change the theme and it seems that no matter which two column theme I try the second column ends up at the bottom of the screen and off center. I am currently using the treba theme (http://kitchengoddessdiary.wordpress.com/) I don’t have any widgets added, nor have I messed about with the CSS.

  Is it showing up like that to people visiting the site? Is there a fix for this issue that I simply haven’t been able to find?
