Having issues with wordpress REST API plugin

I’m trying to connect my wordpress site with skyvia but getting a 404 error when trying to connect to my wordpress domain. I was advised by the skyvia team that this is likely an error with wordpress REST API plugin which may be missing?

Judging from your site URL you probably are on the free plan and there are limitations to the extensions and integrations you can add to your site. This is because WordPress.com is a shared environment and third-party apps and software sometimes carry security risks. However, if you have a business plan or E-commerce plan, you have the ability to add whatever you want and maybe the error you are getting could be a technical issue on the WordPress.com side. I pulled up the documentation from Skyvia on how to connect to your WordPress site and they require you to have a
Basic-Authplugin installed:https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?wordpress_connections.htm
You can only install plugins if you have a Business or eCommerce plan on your site, so if you need to connect to this service, you would need to upgrade your site to one of those plans. You can read more about what each plan level offers here:
