Having it go to a whole other website from just clicking on the menu option.

So I have a website I am working on for a company but I am using my personal info. My question is, how do I have a menu option at the top of my page and when I click on lets say it says ‘Our Team’ when you click on the our team option I want it to go right to a new website. How do I do that?
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Hey there, you can do that with a custom link in the menu, where instead of specifying a page or category, for example, you just enter a different URL. More details here: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/

Oh, also, I noticed you don’t have any sites with us currently. If you’re using your own copy of WordPress rather than our managed services, your configuration may be a bit different, but it shouldn’t be too far off in this case.
