Having layout issues on mobile version?

  • Unknown's avatar

I am currently using the Newsworthy theme, a mobile-adapted one, but it only shows up with the normal WordPress theme on any smartphone. Also, I want the most recent posts to show on the phone, but I have to scroll ALL the way down to get to the MENU information on the desktop version – displaying upcoming events, etc. I want that info from the menu near the top of my mobile version.
Is there any way to only show one post and then the menu info? Can I somehow place the menu info as a menu on the mobile version instead of another post I have to scroll down to?

    Thank you so much.

    Hi there!

I am currently using the Newsworthy theme, a mobile-adapted one, but it only shows up with the normal WordPress theme on any smartphone.

It looks like you’re using the theme Twenty Fourteen, but for either theme you can turn on the Mobile theme through Appearance > Mobile. Just select Yes and Update your settings!

I just visited your site on my phone and it looks like you were able to figure this out. I see your recent posts and upcoming events at the top:

Let me know if I misunderstood what you wanted to do and we can take a look!

Yeah I got it switched to the Twenty Fourteen theme which had a better layout on mobile, so thanks!
