Having major problems
-
I am having the hardest time finding out how to post a page in my categories without it going into my main page. If anyone can help me by telling how to resolve this, it would be much appreciated.
thanks

As you can see under the categories list, I have one topic under it. However, the same post appears on my home page as well.
Any conclusions?

err…I don’t see a category list…
And I don’t think you can apply categories to pages.
Not totally sure though- but they seem diffrent things to me. -

If you look at my page under debates, it shows that I have on link under it. If you click on that link it will bring you to the same exact post that is located on my home page. I was wondering exactly if there is a way if i can keep the post in my categories and take it off of my homepage?

Hmm..I honestly don’t understand your question.
Is it the line under the headings you are talking about?

If you want to make a new page, go to write -> page. You cannot put a page in a category, as far as I know. And I don’t understand what you mean by

the “no categories” is no link, at least not for my firefox 3.0.
and there is no special page for each category, every posting goes to your main page. some themes offer the possibility of extra pages (not yours, as far as i can see it), but these are static and meant for extra information about you and your blog.huh, i hope my english is not too bad to read :/

You cannot add a category to a static page. You can only add them to posts. And if you make a post there is no way to prevent it from showing on the main blog without keeping it unpublished.
