having multiple pages within blog with separate blog posts?

I was wondering if there is a way to have several pages that include blog posts. What I mean is I have several sections to my blog with their own menu link. I would like to have posts that relate to that menu topic to show up on that topic page. Example, I have a section on shipping and another on tracking. I would like all my blog posts concerning shipping to show up on the shipping page and all blog posts related to tracking to show up on the tracking page. I don’t necessarily want them all to show up on the same page. It would help with organizing my site if I am able to get posts regarding a particular subject to show up in the corresponding section ONLY. So far ALL my posts only show up under the home post page and I need them to show up where I want them to in an organized fashion. Is there a way to do this?

You can create the different categories and add your blog post to them.
As you have mentioned, you want your blog posts into “Shipping” and “Tracking”. Create these two categories and select your post category while publishing.

Later on, go to Customize>>Widgets>>Primary Menu and you can select your category to add it anywhere in the menu.

If you want to nest Shipping and Tracking under Blog, you can.
