having multiple sub domains for my business plan

I am going to purchase business plan from wordpress.com , However i have several subsites along with one main site as below.
Main site : mysite.com
subsites : blog.mysite.com , forum.mysite.com, jobs.mysite.com and so on. I have around 10 – 15 subsites.
Before making a purchase , i need to make sure that i can install separate wordpress instances for all my subsites and let my company users their respective one OR i have buy business plan separately for each subsite.
Kindly note, i dont need multi-site.
