Having my title in two colors

Hello! I am a new blogger with very little CSS experience. The title of my blog is Ruby Slippers in an Emerald City and I was wondering if it was possible to make the “Ruby Slippers” in red “in an” in black and “Emerald City” in green. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

CSS is theme specific here at wordpress.com, there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support. Please be patient while waiting for 1 of the 2 Volunteers who help with CSS to log in and help you. Take advantage of your browser’s developer tools. Under Firefox, install Firebug. For Internet Explorer, install the Developer Toolbar while your are waiting.

Cannot be done. For that you’d need to modify the .php files and that’s not possible on wp.com
