  How can I enable a link from my user name (to the left of this post) to my wordpress site?

  Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in complete URL for your worpress.com blog starting with http:// and then save changes.
