Having only one page on intro and rest on category.

  Hi

  I need to add one single page on intro/main page , about me page, and all my other posts to be viewable only when clicked on the categories on the sidebar. I couldnt find the instructions for this, please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
