Having posts appear on pages while using a theme that does only supports 1 menu

I am trying to have my posts appear on the pages which I already created. I just started using WordPress.com and I am still learning how to work the website. As you can see http://thoughtsofanycgirl.wordpress.com/ most of my posts are pages however I do have one post which is not set up as a page and just a post http://thoughtsofanycgirl.wordpress.com/2012/08/12/meeting-with-avon-today/ I have read the forums and from what I have read is for wordpress.org. I am not sure I want that route quite yet. My theme that I am using only supports 1 menu feature, but I am interested in creating the menu using pages, but having my posts appear below those pages. Please let me know what I am doing wrong and how to create this. Thanks.

You don’t do it by adding pages, you do it by adding categories to your posts then adding those categories to a custom menu. The “1 menu” issue is a misunderstanding. See here for more:
