having problem importing tumblr

    when importing tumblr, it took a long time and no posts were imported, so I terminate the session trying to start over. Then I got message showing:
    ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’

    I tried again after one day, same message, nothing’s imported. So I am here to ask for support, thanks.

    Hi there!

    It appears that there is no ongoing Tumblr imports on this WordPress.com site at the moment.

    You can visit the Tumblr importer page again to attempt a fresh import.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
