Having problem reconnceting with Facebook from my blog

Hello,
I am having problem connecting to my Facebook page from my blog. It said that there is a problem reconnecting. I changed my Facebook password thingking that it was tampered with but it couldn’t fix the problem. Please, help me out on what to do to fix it.
