Having Problem with Import

I imported a few pages the other day, and now I’m getting a message that there is an import in progress, so I can’t import any posts. The URL below is not the URL I need help with, but it won’t let me post without one. I am not publicizing the site, so I prefer not to list the URL.

We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs.WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ However, about 30 % 0f those who post here some days are posting to the wrong support forum and the answers for each are different.
I’m sorry but we cannot even begin to help any blogger who fails to provide the URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

If you are posting about an import issue and the site you are importing into is a WordPress.ORG install then you are posting to the wrong support forum. In that case, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

No, it is a site on wordpress.com and I received support for moving my subscribers a few days ago by providing the URL in a private email, so I thought I could do that again.

If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

Sorry, I was not trying to be troublesome. I have the blog hidden from search engines and want to keep it for members I choose, but without having to have them enter a password. That’s why I hate posting the URL on a pubic forum. It is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.
I’ve also removed the link to your blog so it doesn’t remain public.
