having problem with tags and catagories

For some odd reason I can no longer click on the “tag” or “category” listing for the entry and have it go to the appropriate, corresponding WordPress page that lists in each category. Instead of going to the appropriate, corresponding WordPress page, it goes to the “archive for {category listed}” on my own blog—it lists the entries found under that category.
In other words, it isn’t going to the category pages which WordPress has, which lists the blog entries of other blogs—it lists my “archive for categories,” of my own entries.
It didn’t do this before, even when I changed templates, it still went where it was supposed to go when category or tag was clicked, for some reason it just started to go to the blog’s “archive for categories.”
I tried changing templates several times, however it continued to go to the “archive for categories” for my own blog instead of the category listing of other WordPress blogs.What went weird and can I fix it???

Can you give us a link to your blog? That is something a lot of people WANT on their blogs but can’t have. I am wondering what could have caused this, because as far as I know nothing outside of setting your blog to Private will do this.

Oh…uhm, I figured it out this morning. In the privacy section, I had ticked onto the second one down, instead of doing the first one, though I don’t like archivers (etc), I went ahead and ticked the first one.
It is now working…thanks.
