Having problems mapping my wordpress site to my domain name site

    I have created a wordpress site called termosbarna.wordpress.com and I want it to be mapped With termosbarna.no. I have paid a $13 fee to be able to map these.
    However, when I contact my registrar and ask them to change the DNS to NS1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com and ns3.wordpress.com, they get the following result: DNS check: Query [NS,termosbarna.no] against the name server [198.181.117.9] returned unknown NS record [ns3.wordpress.com].

    I don’t know what to do now. Can someone please help?

    Hi!

    You only want to use ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com. There is no ns3.wordpress.com since it doesn’t exist. :-)

    Thank you, that makes sense. I will try to get my registrar to only use ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com.

    Hi again. So now I asked my registrar to use only ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com, but I get the response that these nameservers are not mapped With termosbarna.no. The reply is “did not Return the expected NS record”.

    I really don’t understand what I need to do. I have paid $13 to map the sites and Primary domain on my domains page is termosbarna.no.

    Please help anyone?
