Having problems verifying my ownership of my domain name

  I am a complete novice. I bought the Pro Bundle and I don’t know how to use it. I’m trying to set up an email account through Zoho mail and to prove that I own bad mood.org (which I set up in the Pro Bundle), I need to tell them the domain provider. Who is the domain provider for my bad mood.org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is what I have to choose from on the Zoho verify domain page:

  Download the HTML Verification file verifyforzoho.html – Click Here
  Create a folder zohoverify under root
  Upload the file to badmood.org/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html
  Confirm successful upload by visiting badmood.org/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html

  Which one do I choose?
