Having problems with customer log in

    Having a problem on my site. I have been sent in circles as to who the problem belongs to. I have talked to wordpress and it’s a server problem. I talked to the server and it’s a wordpress problem.

    If you are on my website, on the righthand side, there is a little man to log in. It USED to take you to a warning that you could only view that information if you were logged in however it didn’t give you a link or ability to log in. AS A CUSTOMER, you can’t log in anywhere, and I need for my customers to be able to log in.

    As an admin, I can’t request a password if I forget it. It takes me to that same page.

    I disabled all of my plugins yesterday to see if it was a plug in conflict and all it did was take the warning away and put in this: [pms-account]

    I have NO idea what’s wrong and nobody seems to know how to help me. This was going on with a previous theme as well so it’s not a theme problem.

    I did google it….I ran into brick walls.

    Hi Stephenie,
    A misunderstanding here is WordPress.com versus WordPress.org. You have an issue with WordPress the software, but not WordPress.com the host.

    This looks to be an issue with the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin, and I’d advise seeking help from that plugin’s authors.

    This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
